Pearl Harbor, HI
As a subcontractor to Ti Hu Services, Acorn managed the Mess Attendant Services contract at the Silver Dolphin Bistro, United States Naval Base, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. In 2005 and 2007, the Silver Dolphin Bistro was awarded the NEY Award, recognizing it as the “Best of the Best” in a worldwide Navy competition. Acorn began operations in the award-winning dining hall in 2004.
